How Did We Get Here?

Jeremy founded Targeted Prospect Solutions (TPS) because he knew that there was a better way to run a company’s prospect list building and email outbound engine.

He is currently a Vice President at a global commercial real estate firm and was named a Top Producer of the firm globally in 2021 and 2022, having represented companies and organizations in a variety of industries as well as establishing the US headquarters of several multi-billion dollar corporations.

Throughout the entirety of his career Jeremy broke the norms of outbound by being obsessed with studying business development technologies, systems, AI and automation in order to create a more advanced process that could run laps around the competition. He achieved almost every client throughout his career from email outreach.

Today, Jeremy is running TPS where he helps companies scale by eliminating their need for manual account research (better data processes) and providing the next-generation of email outbound, sending relevant emails at scale to each and every prospect as if the research was done manually.
